Ceremony & Reception Spaces

Every corner of Loroux offers a breathtaking backdrop. Hold a traditional ceremony in our consecrated chapel, exchange vows within the ruins of the 12th-century abbey, or share your first kiss on the château’s historic stone steps.

Cocktails can be enjoyed beneath the trees or in the gilded lounge, followed by a banquet by the River Lathan or under the open skies of the eastern lawns with views of the château and abbey. For larger gatherings, a chapiteau tent is available, allowing for outdoor celebrations of up to 150 guests.

Gastronomy & Drinks

Begin your stay with a welcome dinner featuring regional specialties—such as fouées, crêpes, or local buffets—or opt for something different such as paella, wood-fired pizzas or specialised food trucks. A curated bar of local wines, beers, and soft drinks sets the tone for your celebration.

On your wedding morning, enjoy a continental breakfast of pastries and fruit, or upgrade to hot brunch options. A freshly baked baguette lunch will sustain you until the festivities begin.

Your wedding day feast includes exquisite canapés, which may be complemented with live ateliers of oysters, carved jambon, or pan-seared foie gras. A tailored 4-course banquet follows, designed to suit all dietary requirements.

At the height of the evening, cut into your traditional French croquembouche—caramel-crisp, cream-filled, and personalized with your names and wedding date—beneath a canopy of fireworks. Keep the energy flowing into the night with late-night snacks as you dance until dawn.

Decor & Entertainment

Our in-house coordinator and florist will collaborate with you to design your perfect floral vision. Included are a bridal bouquet, groom’s boutonniere, table arrangements, ceremony décor, and welcome dinner posies. For flower lovers, enhancements can extend to lush rose arches, cascades of hydrangeas, or any Pinterest-worthy creation you dream of.

A classical musician welcomes guests and accompanies your ceremony and cocktail hour, creating a refined and romantic atmosphere. During dinner, enjoy a tailored playlist with microphone access for speeches, before your DJ takes over with sound, lighting, and your favourite music until 2 a.m.

As night falls, surprise your guests with a spectacular fireworks show, enhanced with music.
